Epson DOT Matrix printer, Continuous printing mode issues (send help)
Post Body

Hello. Recently my work has purchased an Epson LQ-590 II to begin printing our own DOT Matrix labels (6x6) which come spooled up together. Our goal is to be able to print continuously from the spool without tearing each sheet apart until we need that label. I have it setup into the Front loading position and it works (with manual feed at least). The issue I am having is each repeated print is offset ever so slightly because of the tiny gap between each page with the perforation to tear them apart. After about 4-5 prints the label is off the printable area and starting to cover other text already present, making continuous printing pretty useless unless I am just printing 3 labels at a time. Does anyone know if there is a setting or anything that will account for that tiny gap without changing the print format and altering the page dimensions. I have spent a decent bit of time getting the page and margins setup to work well for single pages.
I am also not capable of asking my IT department for help as they are strict on our tech policy which does not include any DOT Matrix printers in the "allowed devices", so they said we could use it without their support. (since other sites also use DOT Matrix printers
