Hi everyone! In real life I have a fascination for train stations and public transit, which I might often romanticize and think of how it connects people that will otherwise never encounter each other and how it opens up a world of possibilities.
After being obsessed with Central Station by Lavie Tidhar and Cosmic Spring by Ken Liu, I would love to hear your recommendations of sci-fi pieces with a setting in, for example, trains or carriers, (intergalactic or train) stations, pubs in a space station, etc.! I imagine it can be soft sci-fi stories of particular travelers (anyone really - nomads finding a place, merchants looking to trade, and mercenaries) in such a hub or stories with a panoramic view.
Thank you!
