Slightly low absolute CD4 count, and negative HIV tests

Does anyone else have low absolute CD4, but not HIV? And maybe low platelets? I have a random smattering of low numbers, but overall my immune counts are okay. And that has caused my previous immunologists to shrug everything off.
I have a follow-up appointment with a new immunologist in a few days, but I'm being patient as always.
