High FPS help

So I have a ryzen 7 5800x and an rtx 3080, yet for what ever reason my game is locked to 60 fps. I've tried turning off the in game vsync and the driver level one. Done every config file trick, autoexec, game.cfg, all that stuff. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times incase it was corrupted files yet nothing still. I'm using the GOG version. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
