If I mix Vodka dilluted to 6% alcohol and a bottle of bragg raw vinegar will that essentially covert the added Vodka to vinegar over time?

I believe bragg comes with a mother. To make white vinegar/pickling vinegar couldn't I just top off the bragg with grain alcohol and leave it to ferment? Or am I missing something?
