I am probably on the wrong reddit...but.

I am doing planning on construction (edit: planned for 2024) on my house and I am interested in construction an under home bunker while I have all the drilling equipment and concrete folks here.

I live within driving distance of DC...and predict weather will get worse over time...so I am looking at something that is 10' underground, handles bombs, riots, hurricanes, tornados and possibly a tsnuami.

At this stage, I am in discovery and everything I look at handles 1 or another thing...Can anyone guide me towards material that could help me?

I am in suburbs and it wouldnt be under house per see, but more under the driveway
