A&P with lab online?

Has anyone taken this course online? It's the only prerequisite I need for PA school, but at this point online is my only option unless I wait another year to apply to school. I have talked to the schools I want to apply to as they said as long as the class is from an accredited college they will accept the credits.

Would it be worth it to just take it online or actually go to school for the class? Just seems like a cheap and easy way to get the credits, especially with the lab component being online as well
