Just finished my undergrad in biology, with a 2.7 gpa (I know it’s bad, there was a lot of factors that came to play). I’ve had a lot of experience volunteering/working in hospitals, clinics. Shadowing doctors etc. Through working in the healthcare field I realized that healthcare is something I wanna do as a career in my life. I’ve been looking a PA programs and I’m really interested in being one. Especially with my current role where I’m basically a PA for doctors without the titles. I know I won’t get into Canadian PA programs (minimum gpa is 3 and it’s really competitive with only 3 programs in Canada I think). I would appreciate any help/advice on what I could do to get into PA programs in the US, I really see myself in this career. Would appreciate any help.
