PC Crashing after editing

After I close premiere then wait about 5 minutes, it'll freeze. My PC never crashes from anything else. I have just installed premiere a couple of days ago too. Specs: i71200k, 4080 Super, 64gb dominator ram, asus z690 wifi f, main monitor G7 240hz, second monitor G5
Also my monitor seems to flicker on the left edge when editing.
