Ive just bought a keypad to run with premiere and get a little faster at editing with, but theres certain things that would really help if I could do to speed things up even more, but im not sure if any are doable and how theyd be done if they are. Ill list them for the sake of simplicity and if anyone knows how I can set up a single keybind to run any of these i'd greatly appreciate the help. Thanks

Enter a preset position value from the timeline without manually going into the 'Effect Controls' tab or having to go and copy the settings from another clip and paste it on
Automatically apply a colour to a clip
Automatically close gaps between 2 clips without having to manually drag the later clip across
