For context, I’ve been rejected from Leeds, Liverpool, Leicester and Newcastle (Leeds was the only pre interview rejection). Honestly, my family and friends around me seem to be more upset than I am about it, of course I was somewhat disheartened finding out i’d been rejected for every uni but at this point I kinda feel like my heart isn’t completely in medicine anymore and waiting a year to reapply and potentially get rejected again seems like a risk that I don’t think i’m willing to take. My plan now is to either find an apprenticeship in anything that interests me or use UCAS extra to do another degree, most likely computer science. Do you guys think I should keep trying or is it okay to just not go for it?
