How much leeway do medical schools give for students with ADHD and other academic limiting mental health issues?

Post Body

Iโ€™m currently at about a 3.7 cGPA and a 4.0 major GPA. My previous MCAT attempt was a 511 (125/130/128/128) and Iโ€™m retaking it to improve my C/P score so itโ€™s a better spread. I also have extensive extracurriculars, clinical experience, and a research position that is going to get me published.

I know my cGPA is a bit on the lower end so Iโ€™m wondering if the Canadian schools offer any leeway for students with academic accommodations due to ADHD or other mental health issues that may limit my academic performance.

Do I have any chance of getting in?
