How much leeway do medical schools give for students with ADHD and other academic limiting mental health issues?

I’m currently at about a 3.7 cGPA and a 4.0 major GPA. My previous MCAT attempt was a 511 (125/130/128/128) and I’m retaking it to improve my C/P score so it’s a better spread. I also have extensive extracurriculars, clinical experience, and a research position that is going to get me published.

I know my cGPA is a bit on the lower end so I’m wondering if the Canadian schools offer any leeway for students with academic accommodations due to ADHD or other mental health issues that may limit my academic performance.

Do I have any chance of getting in?
