I wanted to know everyone’s thoughts on

His idea is that with a simple test internationally trained physicians should be allowed to practice without any standardized training. I’m a little confused because isn’t that what the MCCQE is for?
My opinion is that while it is important to recognize the valuable contributions made by foreign-trained physicians to Canada's healthcare system, it is equally important to ensure that patient safety is not compromised. It is essential that all healthcare providers meet the same high standards of training, education, and qualifications before they can practice medicine in Canada.
How many people think that this policy will actually be put into place and all barriers removed like he’s proposing?
