How do ADCOMs know about the applicants' IAs?

Post Body
Except for serious things like cheating in an exam and such, how do ADCOMs know if the applicants have IAs such as underage drinking? I got caught with underage drinking twice my freshman year, one where I got very intoxicated and had to be admitted to the hospital for alcohol poisoning, and I wonder how screwed I am. Also, at least for my school, these don't show up on transcripts.
