Someone told me I need 150 hours of clinical (hospital) volunteer time that isn't paid and 150 volunteer hours of an extracurricular not associated with healthcare. I am a bit worried about that, because now I'm currently training as a Scribe and it's paid so my hours won't count :c
I try not to stress, but now I'm just trying to load on a bunch of extra stuff before going back to school. I wanna continue this scribing and volunteer at a hospital and then get my associates in Surgical tech and then get my 4 yr. But since I'm taking a break from school rn I just feel pressured to load on a bunch of extra stuff since I'm not in school and to find a bunch of volunteer opportunities.
Does anyone else feel like it's a lot to plan and handle to make the requirements and try to stand out?
