Applying and managing weight

Hey everyone, I’m sure a lot of you could relate, but these past few months of studying for the MCAT and now having to work on applications have made my life a lot more sedentary. I’ve also not been able to have the best diet (I.e. get takeout often because of lack of time to cook). I was wondering if anyone had any advice for this on how to manage/lose weight or find time to work out? Appreciate the advice
