AMA and lmk if I missed anything! Shoutout to this sub!
As a white guy, I tried very hard to pop off the page. I knew I couldn’t major in a hard science - too common - and Econ honestly just gives me a more well-rounded view of medicine imo. I just tried to do things I was passionate about and genuinely cared for. My research was super interesting and I really enjoyed my volunteering as well. I think just being a genuine person during my interview really pushed me along. As for my 0 clinical hours…I think being a pandemic student gave me a pass which I expect to expire after this cycle. It’s been a pleasure 🫡
