What am I supposed to be learning from clinical volunteering lol?

I volunteer in a heart & vascular recovery unit 4 hours a week. I barely interact with patients and am mostly used for free labor lol. Am I missing something? How do I make the most of this experience cause I don’t see how this is supposed to help “my journey” lol.
