Virtual shower host gifts?

For those who have had virtual baby showers, are you giving gifts to the people that host them? If so, what kind? I know there is still some work involved in setting up an Evite and Zoom call, but it's a lot less work than in-person showers are (food, drinks, space, favors, etc). I want to do something (I already planned thank you cards) but am struggling with ideas...especially ones that can be delivered/shipped due to COVID.
