Anatomy scan at 18 weeks?

I’m just wondering if anyone else had a similar situation as me.
My OB wants me back in his office on June 8 for an ultrasound. Problem is, I’ll only be measuring at around 18 5. Can an anatomy scan be done this early? Or will he have me come back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound? Seems kind of redundant to do it the latter way but I don’t know. Has anyone else experienced this? Help lol
