Is my body ever going back to its normal shape?
Post Body

I was going over my pre-pregnancy closet, lots of tight high waisted shorts... lots of tiny cropped tops and ā€œnormal size brasā€... so I wondered: Am I going to fit in these again some day? Will I look the same after I give birth? Are my nipples recovering itā€™s normal color and size whenever I stop breastfeeding? (The nipple question really intrigues me)

Iā€™ve been showering myself in almond oil and cocoa butter lotion so I know Iā€™m not getting stretch marks but what about getting squishy or just not going back to my normal body? Iā€™m not even worried because baby will worth it all! Iā€™m just curious.

In a previous pregnancy I went into a ā€œmini laborā€ at 27 weeks because of a miscarriage and my hips never went back to normal, I jumped into the next pants size, but I never really knew if it was because of the labor or because I got depressed and just couldnā€™t loose the weight I gained during that pregnancy.

Three years after, Iā€™m 38 weeks pregnant (I made it! Yayy) and Iā€™d love to hear stories from or about other mommies on how your bodies behaved after giving birth to your little angels :)
