When did you schedule your medically necessary induction?

I was told around 16 weeks I would need to be induced before 38 weeks for medical reasons. NOT looking for advice or people to scare me about inductions PLEASE. But for those of you who knew well in advance, how early/late in your pregnancy was it scheduled?

Iām currently 25 weeks. I was told because of my history and health I need to be induced by the 37 weeks. Iām a little nervous but just hopeful this delivery will be better than the last one.
