Blood HCG is fine but tests aren’t progressing/getting darker?

I am 16 dpo right now. I got blood HCG tested 14 dpo and it was 115. I will see OB for another test progesterone ultrasound at 18 dpo.

Preg test at 15 dpo was dark but since then it is lighter again. I used cheapie strips and cassettes. I do drink a ton of water so I am not sure if that’s a factor. The only dark test I took was when I woke up to pee at 1 am and then tested at 8 am without having any water in between.

Has it happened to anyone else that their test wasn’t very dark yet their blood HCG was on point?
