37 6 days and I recently went to L&D for decreased movement and stayed over night due to baby having 3 decelerations. I got fluids and ended up being released, baby stopped getting decelerations and I was told I was likely dehydrated. They also mentioned that I did have a few contractions through the night which I never really feel besides some tightening in the belly . I always drink 80 oz a day atleast, but I’ve started adding pedialyte to my water since then and it seemed to help.

Today after being out and about for a few hours I came home and took a nap and woke up with cramping, and pain in my pelvis radiating down to my legs that has gradually gotten worse. Sometimes getting some tightness and pain in my stomach but doesn’t feel like the contractions ppl describe? The tightness in the belly comes and goes but the pain itself feels constant. I’m a ftm so it’s hard to tell. But it’s a very crampy feeling, like I’m in my period and now I’m starting to feel VERY nauseous and unwell. Anyone else experience this? Can’t tell if I’m going into labor. No mucus plug or water but I feel super uncomfortable.
