Post Body

My wife is 13 weeks into pregnancy, we had a ultrasound on Monday and everything was looking good.

This afternoon she found out she was bleeding , not a bright red and not a lot. We rushed to the hospital and she had another ultrasound, the ultrasound doctor said all was looking good and there was nothing in there that cause the bleeding.

The emergency doctor looked into the results and said all was good but prescribed progesterone and when we asked why he said she was in risk of miscarriage and this left us very worried and confused.

Has anyone experienced this? Iโ€™ve googled a lot and it seems like a normal thing at this stage, but what the emergency doctor said was terrifying.

We are going to the OB tomorrow but we canโ€™t seem to sleep tonight.
