Pregabalin and Aphasia
Post Body

Curious if this has been anyone else’s experience with pregabalin. I have been a voracious reader and gifted with language my whole life, yet since starting lyrica for GAD two years ago I’ve noticed marked degradation of my language related faculties. I rarely experience verbal flow, or moments wherein the right word pops into my mind, I stammer in ways I find so embarrassing. This has been world shattering for me. I’m going to make plans with my doctor to go off of it asap.

EDIT: thank you all to everyone who responded! I’m feeling reassured, all your input has thickened my determination to rid myself of this poison.
