This is why I advocate for having pre diabetes with a CGM this is data I wouldn’t have had by just checking A1C every 3 months.
Last night we had Chinese with beef and broccoli but I had a glass of red wine with it, barely spiked to 130 and totally normal steady 100 all night.
Fast forward to today and had the same lunch (minus the red wine, I’m not a lush jeez). Peaked at 201, confirmed 202 reading on glucometer. I took a brisk walk as soon as soon as I saw that hence the sharp decline.
I guess no more beef and broccoli for me!
