Maybe I am being a bit paranoid after being diagnosed with pre-diabetes. Both of my parents told me they had a doctor tell them they had a doctor tell them they had pre-diabetes and it was because they ate unhealthy before testing. The difference between me and my parents is that they aren't as vain and conscious about healthy as I am.
Being 25 now, I have realized that health isn't black or white. I can't think being thinner makes me healthy. My metabolism has slowed down recently and I have a feeling that this is my body showing me that I can't get away with the bullshit I used.
- eating a big ass bowl of pasta
- eating fried, spicy, fast food everyday
- people who made fun of me for being skinny I would tell them "at least I'm thin and rich"
