Me (M28) and my wife (F26) found out she was pregnant just over a week ago. We're already nearly at 8 weeks and well into Trimester 1.
Because it's so early, the only people we wanted to tell right now were her Mum and sister. We're going to hold off until at least Christmas to tell everyone else.
However I'm the first in my friendship group so right now I literally have no other guys to talk to about adapting to the changes pregnancy brings
The one that I'm struggling with right now is mood swings, the slightest thing sets her off at the moment because her hormones are all over the place. I remind myself it's pregnancy and not an overreaction.
What are some ways I can adapt to this new reality, in particular dealing with the mood swings?
