Stupid question regarding auto locking hubs

So I’ve got the bug: I want some aftermarket wheels.
These wheels look awesome but the hubs, I assume, will be covered. I hope so- I wouldn’t ever want new wheels if not.
So do I just thrown them in Auto and roll?
