I don't like how Kiya's arc ended. I kind of see how she made up for things that she did. But it didn't feel like she found redemption. She basically goaded Billy into betraying the rest of the team, and then she's just kind of gone. Doesn't feel like the right note to end on.
What bothers me is that Kiya is a character with understandable trauma around Rangers, and she just goes off the deep end of evil without hesitation. I'm not saying it's wrong to write a character with trauma as a bad person, but it's still disappointing. Having Kiya really work through her anger and come out the other side with genuine remorse just feels so much more fulfilling.
