Just color them like the Metallic Armor.
Seriously, just make them chrome. All Saban did when converting Ivan Ooze's Tengu Warriors to the Tenga was swap the colors around, and that hasn't created any issues. Frankly I think the movie suits would look better in chrome anyway. It would look more like real armor that way.
