Why are Anniversary Posts Removed?!

Can we change the rules around here? Why are anniversary posts removed? When it brings in tons of replies to keep this Reddit section alive. Like the 20th anniversary Dino Thunder thread was removed that someone posted. Yet it has tons of conversation/replies.All your doing is destroying your own sub reddit by not allowing people to discuss these seasons and anniversaries. Kinda hypocritical with 30 years on the main page.
