So can someone explain to me how the hierarchy in SPD works? It’s made pretty clear the squads number and color indicate rank, 1-5 Red Blue Green Yellow Pink. At the end Jack quits and Sky gets promoted to red, then in the last scene it’s shown Bridge was also promoted to blue. But Z and Syd are still yellow and pink? At first I thought maybe it’s a gender thing but no, the A squad red was a girl. So what’s is the deal?
