Alberta operating jobs

I’m about to graduate with my third and have been applying non-stop. I have summer experience at a sour plant. My biggest concern is that I’ll be competing for permanent jobs against people with more experience. If anyone has any tips to cracking into the industry it would be greatly appreciated. I’m trying not to be picky with jobs but of course fly in fly out would be great.
