Mods can we get something about program reviews?
Post Body

Before I go into this I'm just going to say I'm no expert or professional. I'm an early intermediate with about 2.5/3 years in the gym and some formal/current education. Saying that...

Can we do something about these program review posts? Like make a weekly program review thread or something? And put some more information out there for people who come here to play program reviews?

Almost everyone who posts here about a training program misses the point. Workouts or routines or whatever you call them can't just be big long lists of exercises, sets and reps with the work "xday" put before them.

They need structure, like progressions of weight lifted whether it's for reps, for weight or for RPE.

I know poeple are into programming for themselves, heck I am too, but no one is gunna get anywhere with ; "Monday - chest and back Bench press 3x10/row 3x10 etc etc etc"

Programming is about more than exercises, sets and reps.

Programming is supposed to be a thought out period of training that progresses through a range of either weight moved or reps done or difficulty reached in a rep range.

Anyway, if the mods want to get back to me that would be cool and if anyone else here would like to chime in I'm all ears. Bit fed up coming here every so often and seeing the same mistakes and saying the same things over and over.
