Post Body
Apologies in advance for the awkward faces. I’m absolutely awful at taking pictures of myself and there’s no excuse lol.
Current squat max is 405lbs. The number itself doesn’t sound that impressive but I take pride in my technique and, given my weight (168.3lbs last I checked) it’s still solid. I’m coming off a shoulder injury so only 7 months in on upper body. Before you ask, I did lift a lot earlier in my life and I have pretty good genetics for building that part of my body.
