Hey my fellow frugal Canadians,
I'm in a bit of a tight spot financially and could use some help with meal planning. I'm looking for recipes that tick these boxes:
- Affordable (trying to stretch my loonies as far as possible)
- Nutritious (gotta stay healthy on a budget)
- Quick to prepare (short on time between studies)
Bonus points for: - Meals that make good leftovers - Recipes using ingredients commonly found at discount grocers - Vegetarian options (meat's getting pricey!)
What are your go-to meals that fit this bill? Any tips for saving money while grocery shopping without sacrificing nutrition?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions. We're all in this together!
