Hey folks, a kind Samaritan passed on some info that freedom mobile’s ‘big gig’ data plan is on for $39 right now. I literally had the same plan (worse technically) for $70 and called 611 and made the change, it took 5 minutes.

it includes 20g of data, 100g of overage data (it’s just slower) and 3g Canada-wide data.

if you haven’t changed your phone plan with freedom in a while it might be worth looking into. Or, maybe this is just reminder to check in every so often with you phone provider for discounted plans whoever you are with?!?

Not an advertiser or anything, I was just delighted to now save more than $350 a year in 5 minutes and thought I could spread the saving potential here :)
