Anyone else deal with these guys and realize they aren't doing their job, scamming you and leaving you with more owed.

I contracted with them in 2020 to consolidate my debts and give me a monthly payment I could manage

Boy was I wrong.

They promised a $10.95 processing fee and $25 handling fee. I thought that was great since the remaining was to go to my principal and saving

At the end of my 31 month plan, I would have them pay down five depts and save $3,800

This was too good to be true.

They paid one debt down, started one dept but didn't close it. Leaving three still to be settled as I closed them at month 25 after getting sued by a creditor they promised I had settled with and was part of the program.

Nope, nothing was agreed upon, no payments made.

The ones that were, was say $400 monthly payment, $200 went to payment, $200 to them with no saving being made as promised.

They essentially robbed monthly the whole payment

Plus I'm getting s9ued by orginazation, Midland credit management despite Alleviate telling me previously it was being taken care of

I had a portal site that they blocked me from despite them still trying to collect monthly y payments

Their reports and calls are lies, they forged my signature on documents that don't say the amount promised over phone

Who do I go to? Police report made but besides attorney that I don't have funds for who else?
