So about 3 years a go I had my car repoed, had to ask for help from family for a beater car so I could keep getting to work. I was working 60 hours a week to just keep me and my wife with a roof over are heads. My wife wasn't able to work at the time because of mental health that was making her vomit every day for about 2 years so she would always lose her job due to being fired for vomiting at work. I have been slowly grinding for the past 3 years and went from $15.00 an hour at my last job just destroying my body ended up in the hospital for about 2 days. so I told my self I can do better got a job starting at $18.00 then after a year I was going to be making $25.00 i about shit my self when i was told this. i have now been with the company for 2 years and love where I work well I just applied for a promotion and got the job making $28.32. No college ever needed just great work ethic my wife now has been working for a year because I was able to get her the help she needed. Shes now making $16.50 so all of are needs are very well met and I cant be an happier. Looking back I never thought I would make it this far but we kept at it and you can to take the leap dont keep working at a company that just shes you as a number put your self out there. You cant make thin better just sitting by idle. I believe in every single one of you
