Dunkinâ Donuts has this deal where itâs $2 for a medium cappuccino or latte. I recently tried it because...why not...and those are normally like 5 bucks at places sometimes.
Do you ever do something for yourself and feel guilty for spending money because itâs like you shouldnât or canât afford to? Iâm doing a poor job at explaining it, but I remember reading about a woman who wasnât very rich, though she always had her nails done. Like...yeah, we are poor and live paycheck to paycheck, but if you happen to have at least $5 or $10 left at the end, though you know youâre poor and canât afford major luxuries, it doesnât mean you want to FEEL that way all the time, you know?
Just wanted to know if other people ever felt that way, like if they do one tiny luxurious thing then feel bad because everyone is all, âwell youâre not poor if you can do that,â even if itâs once. Maybe itâs an anxiety of self-conscious thing?
