I'm planning on buying a townhouse next year. My full time job isn't so stable right now. Some days I work a full 8 hours, sometimes its 12. It varies for day to day. Since the holidays are coming up the hours are going to start falling. Today I only work 3.5 hours. Is there something I can do to make money for a few hours but isn't too demanding to take away from my main job. Also when I do get the townhouse, I'm going to find another job which is constant in hours, so dont talk about find a completely brand new job right now. It dont look good on mortgage loans, changing a job before a major purchase.
