Hey guys!
I need your opinions please.
So last week, I got a job posting from a recruiting consultant firm and they scheduled me for an interview with the manager of the department I'll be working for. The interview went wonderfully and they wanted me to come in to meet the team. The same day after the interview, the recruiter got that news and she tried to schedule the next meeting with me asap but I was scheduled with Jury duty and work until the middle of this week so I really didn't have the space nor time to drive two hours away to meet them yet. After jury duty this week, I told her on Wednesday that I would be free on either Thursday or Friday and she told me that the company wanted another director (of a different department from what I researched) to have a phone interview with me and then a face to face with the team all in the same day. I told the recruiter that I was able to free up my Friday and now she's telling me that they are out of town and that they don't know when they will schedule me in. How should I take this? I don't know how I feel working alongside this recruiter.
