I've gotten some budgeting apps over the years and they've been great for the most part.
Lately I've been using Mint and while that allows you to categorize whole transactions and even split the transaction the splitting and knowing how much goes to what category is a bit annoying so I find myself not doing it. If I could take a picture of a reciept and have items on the receipt categoteized differently automatically I'd be much better at this as well as have a better understanding of my budget. For example if I go to Target at buy a shirt, lamp, and loaf of bread it'll identify those items as clothing, home, and groceries.
Is there an app out there that does this or something similar to this?
