Go to irs.gov/freefile and file your taxes.

• faster refunds -- join the 8 in 10 taxpayers who get their refunds faster by using direct deposit and e-file

For most low-income users, this is a very helpful tool, I think.

Once you get into the six-figure salaries, that's when you will be barred from the services. Then, you may have to use TurboTax or whatever, and that costs money.
