I’m getting 2 of my 4 wisdom teeth out on Tuesday morning. I’m doing it without sedation because sedation costs more money that I don’t have. I’m 30 and the dentist said they’re shifting my existing teeth so I need to have them removed before they shift more. Im only doing 2 at a time because of money.

I already have Tuesday off but should I plan to take Wednesday off as well? I have some CTO I can use but I try to ration my CTO as a single parent to a toddler in daycare.

I’ve had more dental work than the average person (poor genetics/poverty/finally getting dental insurance after years without) so I’m cautiously optimistic at my ability to handle the procedure, but I worry about the swelling after.
