Donating plasma questions

Question about donating plasma. I’ve looked at the website and FAQs but my question wasn’t answered. I’m a resident of Vermont but I’m currently visiting my sister this weekend in New York (about 45 minutes from Vermont). There’s a plasma donation center near her house. I wanted to go down tomorrow and try to donate but I don’t know if my residency will be an issue. For what it’s worth there are no plasma donation centers in Vermont.
