just curious what grinder everybody is using.

Since this sub is strictly for pour overs, I'm wondering what grinders everybody is using. On r/coffee I feel like there are a million recommendations, but most of them are geared towards espresso. I currently have the encore, and a 1Zpresso 10 grinder but looking to upgrade to a higher and electric. The lagom mini looks like a good choice for me as of right now, but just wondering if there are better options.

I have the Vario with steel bars as well, but I was struggling heavily to get a good cup from that grinder so it's been shelved, at least for the time being.
