So when I first got the brewer I had it dialed in pretty well. Now I’m always trying new beans and for some of these I’m warned of a fast drain by the roaster. But ALL of my cups have been under 2 minutes with bloom and the fill up method (honestly is fun to play with pulse pouring but I can usually achieve cups that rival it for much less effort with it) I’m usually looking at 2 minute draw down plus a bloom. Now I’m getting scared I’m getting way too close to aeropress range and just going to obliterate the taste profile with powder grinds. Anyone in the same boat?
